* Be guided to take part in SIMPLE EXERCISES to engage and REGULATE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM, allowing you to recognise what it feels like to SLOW DOWN, experience a sense of RELIEF IN YOUR BODY and RETURN TO SAFETY
* Be gently invited to bring awareness to your body via a progressive body centred process to CLEAR YOUR MIND

* You may wish to sign into these sessions on a PORTABLE DEVICE so that you can experience the benefits of this practice in a space other than your work station
How it works: Feel free to contact me to organise a tailored program to suit your team’s needs. As an example, you may choose a bundle of six weekly sessions, each being 20 minutes in length One off sessions for team building days are also available to set the mood for your day as you connect with yourselves and each other.
